Dr. Lombrano received her BA in Biology from St. Mary’s University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Her dedication to exceptional dental care began in 2002 with the Indian Health Service in rural Alaska during active duty. As a General Dentist, she spent many weeks traveling to remote villages with mobile dental equipment and performing dental extractions and oral surgery procedures where dental care was otherwise unavailable. Dr. Lombrano was later selected to attend an Advanced General Practice Residency at the Alaska Native Medical Center. During her residency, she worked closely with her oral surgery faculty where she broadened her skills and went on to complete an Oral Surgery Residency. Dr. Lombrano has worked in private practice since April 2018 and is passionate about creating an environment where patients feel safe, comfortable, and have a positive experience.
Dr. Lombrano is a lifelong Alaskan recently retired from the active-duty component of the United States Public Health Service. She enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, and remote backpacking. As a hobby farm enthusiast, she has raised sheep, goats, chickens and French bulldogs.
The surgical staff at Pinehurst Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in the administration of IV sedation and surgery. We also have a trained DAANCE Certified anesthesia monitors. All staff are informed administrative personnel, well versed in health and insurance policies, and are CPR, ACLS, DAANCE certified.
Dr. Lombrano currently holds staff house officer privileges at Womack Army Medical Center, Cape Fear Medical Center and First Health Moore Regional Medical Center. She can provide in-house hospital-based surgery for patients who require hospital-based procedures.
